WHAT?
This is the last moment for missed messages, communication snafus, and technological meltdowns, as Mercury moves direct in Virgo this weekend. *pauses for loud cheering*
Also bringing the Virgo vibes is tonight's new moon, giving us a chance to manifest solutions to any of the problems and opportunities that retrograde threw in our faces for the past 3 weeks.
Tonight is a good time to make concrete plans that address chinks in our organizational armor - how we need to structure our time and effort to prioritize things that work. While many of us probably experienced faulty communication or missed details that came to bite us in the ass over the past month, we don't actually need to re-invent the wheel in order to shore up our weak spots - we just need to recognize our strengths, as well as resources we already have that will serve us going forward. If we commit to working with our current situation, as well as re-affirming some of the more positive aspects of our life, the last bit of technological mayhem that could occur over Saturday and Sunday will simply slide off of our collective backs.
For those of us that already have perfect systems in place, first of all, fuck you. (Okay, fine, not really.) In all seriousness, consider using this evening and tomorrow as physical resets for both body and habitat. Clean living spaces more thoroughly than usual, clear unnecessary files and app clutter from electronics, take a salt bath, deep condition hair and cuticles... whatever it takes to feel more disciplined, prepared, and positive. Retrogrades want to teach us lessons, and now we must apply them.
WHY?
Often, we look to post-retrograde moments as a time to loosen our belts, but this particular weekend is an opportunity for more diligence, not less. The reason for this aceticism lies with the sign of The Virgin herself.
Virgo is the nitpickiest and most servile of all earth signs. The late summer baby who gladly eschews luxury and indolence because efficiency and service are her true north - she prides herself on her ability to get anything done, regardless of resources or assistance. The phrase about pulling oneself up by ones bootstraps? That was definitely coined by a Virgo.
This is the sign in which our sun, moon, and Mercury are all coalescing this evening, giving us all a massive boost of can-do attitude and an impressive desire for reorganization. Earth signs rule over health and prosperity, so think about any missed doctor appointments, financial things, or professional opportunities that cropped up this past month and how to go about course correcting. Virgos aren't really trying to be mean with all this celestial messaging (except for when they are), they just think we are capable of doing better.

There is a collective righteousness associated with Judgement on Friday - the idea that if we rise up and dedicate ourselves to joining like-minded souls on a mission, we will achieve clarity and purpose. Our main objective over the weekend looks to be using our retrograde lessons and newfound clarity to find balance between some of the extremes to which we've been drawn, both personally and professionally. On Monday, we get assistance from some exterior element, possibly a very practical, hardworking individual like the Knight of Pentacles. We might also be working to get over a painful past mistake or betrayal by simply immersing ourselves in the earthy areas of our lives, and focusing on the practical will help us to conquer the emotional despair of the 5 of Swords reversed.
By Tuesday, we will be itching to take our rejuvenated dedication and zeal to the next phase with the fiery 2 of Wands, so make sure to stay grounded and detail oriented; this could be the beginning of a new and productive phase in our lives.
